About Us

In addition to making wholesome, all natural treats for your dog, Parchment and Pawprint is committed to developing opportunities for employment, skills training, and career advancement for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We currently have a seasonal micro-bakeshop with a very busy summer farmer's market stand and you can usually find us at the Oswego Christmas Walk in December.

We're excited to share this journey with you and so glad you stopped by!

Zach
Founder, Head of Pastry and Bakery, R&D

Zach has been interested in cooking for years. He has taken every culinary course available at his high school and during 2020 remote learning spent a lot of time in the kitchen at home cooking for his family and their dogs.

Parchment and Pawprint was created as a way for him to use and continue to grow his culinary and business skills - from baking technique and menu development to recipe costing and customer service.

Zach's family assists with the day-to-day operations and our dogs happily help out on R&D and quality control.
